Abstract:
Provided is a search device for searching for media data by determining a target region matching query data, the search device comprising: a first feature extracting unit which extracts a first feature vector from the query data, using a first trained neural network; a second feature extracting unit which acquires a first region from the media data and, using a second trained neural network, extracts a second feature vector from the first region; a position specifying unit which, using a third trained neural network and on the basis of the first feature vector, the second feature vector, and the first region or the position of the first region, determines a candidate for the target region; and a control unit which, by using the determined candidate for the target region as the first region used by the second feature extracting unit, repeats the operations of the second feature extracting unit and the position specifying unit until a predetermined condition is satisfied.
