Abstract:
In order to provide a technique capable of presenting information that is different from the image of a surveillance camera and is effective for searching for a person, this search information providing device 42 comprises, as functional units, a collation unit 44 and an output unit 45. The collation unit 44 collates a fingerprint image obtained by a fingerprint photographing device 41 with a fingerprint image, of a search target person, given in advance. When the fingerprint image on the handrail member matches the fingerprint image of the search target person, the output unit 45 outputs information indicating that the search target person has been detected to a predetermined reporting destination.
