A seat adjustment method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. Said method comprises: when a collision accident inevitably occurs, determining a collision percentage according to a collision angle between a user vehicle and a risky obstacle, a driving speed of the user vehicle, a moving speed of the risky obstacle, and mass information of the user vehicle; and according to information of a backrest opening angle of a seat, information of a front and rear distance of the seat, a life space core index, and the collision percentage, determining an adjustment amount of the backrest opening angle of the seat and an adjustment amount of the front and rear distance of the seat, so as to adjust the seat of the user vehicle according to the adjustment amounts. On the basis of a prediction result of a collision mode and the current attitude of the seat, a life space is increased by adjusting a front and rear distance and a backrest opening angle of a seat in advance, reducing the degree of personal injury to a driver caused by a collision to the maximum extent, providing a practical significance to actual applications to actively adjusting the seat of a driver before an automobile collision occurs.
