A seat air conditioning device (10) is provided with a seat pad (41) in which ventilation holes (410) open on a front surface side facing a seated person, and in which ventilation grooves (411) communicating with the ventilation holes are formed on a rear surface side. The seat air conditioning device is provided with: a back cover (43) which is disposed with one surface facing the rear surface side of the seat pad, and which blocks the open side of the ventilation channel; and a blower (12) which is disposed facing the other surface of the back cover, and which generates an airflow in a ventilation passage (44) demarcated and formed by the ventilation grooves and the back cover. In the back cover, a communication port (431) through which the airflow induced by the blower flows is formed in an opposing part (43a) opposing the blower. Supporting portions (45, 46, 47, 48, 49) that come into contact with the back cover are provided in an overlapping part (41a) which overlaps the opposing part in the thickness direction of the seat pad. A plurality of the supporting portions are provided surrounding the communication port.
