Abstract:
A seat back frame of a seat for an automobile, comprising a frame base structure (2) having an upper frame (52), a pair of right and left side-brackets (53, 54), and a lower cross frame (55) and standard structures (3A, 3B) formed by fixing the rear face of a panel body (7) to a pair of right and left center pipes (4a, 4b) of a center support body (4) with a prescribed height dimension and a side view shape. The panel body is formed by extending, to a prescribed dimension, right and left side-support panels (7b, 7c) from the lateral both ends of the center panel (7a) to a forward diagonal outer side. Since the frame base structure (2) is integrated with the standard structures (3A, 3B), a specified seating performance can be provided even if the seat back frame is applied to any vehicle model by assembling shared standard structures to the base structure in a main configuration forming the outer peripheral skeleton of an existing frame.
