Abstract:
A seat belt end closing device and a vehicle having same. The seat belt end closing device comprises a latch plate (10), a shell (20) and a locking piece (32); the latch plate (10) is provided with a snap-fit notch (10a), and is suitable for connecting to an end of a seat belt; a latch plate channel (20a) suitable for the latch plate (10) to extend into is defined in the shell (20); the locking piece (30) comprises two positioning plates (31) and a locking piece (32) connected to the two positioning plates; the locking piece (30) is provided on the housing (20) and is movable between a locking position and a release position; when the locking piece (30) is at the locking position and the latch plate (10) extends into the latch plate channel (20a), the locking plate is snap-fitted in the snap-fit notch (10a); when the locking piece (30) is at the release position, the locking plate relieves the latch plate (10); and the two positioning plates (31) are both in sliding fit with the shell (20).
