Abstract:
The present invention relates to webbing which allows detection of whether or not a passenger in a vehicle is wearing a seat belt and, particularly, to seat belt webbing having enhanced detectability by an infrared (IR) camera. The seat belt webbing according to an embodiment of the present invention has: a first area having a first IR reflectance; and at least one second area having an IR reflectance different from the first IR reflectance, thereby enhancing detectability as to whether or not a seat belt is being used, and thus enhancing the safety of the passenger.
