Abstract:
Provided are a seat heater equipped with heater units and blowers and a vehicle seat, whereby it is possible to rapidly warm the entire seat, and enhance comfort by adjusting temperature to comfortable ranges by area. The seat heater (1) is equipped with: heater units (10, 20) which are arranged in a seat; blowers (30, 40) which are arranged in areas corresponding to the heater units (10, 20); and a control device (100) which controls the output of the heater units (10, 20) and the blowers (30, 40). The control device (100) brings the blowers (30, 40) into operation if predetermined conditions are satisfied during the operation of the heater units (10, 20). When the blowers (30, 40) are in operation, the control device makes the output of the heater units (10, 20) larger than that when the blowers (30, 40) are not in operation.
