Abstract:
A seat pad (10) that has a mounting surface (11). The seat pad (10) has formed therein a lateral slit (15) that extends from the outside to the inside of the seat pad (10) along a first lateral direction (B1) that is parallel to the mounting surface (11). Vertical slits (21) are provided to sections of the lateral slit (15) that are at the ends thereof in a second lateral direction (B2) that is parallel to the mounting surface (11) and orthogonal to the first lateral direction (B1). The vertical slits (21) extend from the lateral slit (15) toward a mounting surface (11) side that is along a thickness direction (H) that is orthogonal to the mounting surface (11).
