Abstract:
This invention is provided with the following, relative to a cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction: a fixed rail (2) provided with a bottom wall (2e) fixed to the floor (13) of a vehicle and side walls (2b) formed upright from both ends of the bottom wall; and a movable rail (3) capable of moving along the fixed rail (2), the movable rail (3) being partially disposed in the fixed rail (2). The bottom wall (2e) is provided with a through-passing part (2f) into which a fastening member (10) that can be fixed to the floor (13) is inserted. Both of the side walls (2b) are provided with an overhang part (2d) protruding parallel to the bottom wall (2e) from the inner surface. Anti-dislodging members (9, 12) having a greater width than the gap between tips of the overhang parts (2d) are disposed between the bottom wall (2e) and the overhang parts (2d). The fastening member (10) is provisionally held so as to not come away from the anti-dislodging members (9, 12), and inserted through the gap into the anti-dislodging members and the through-passing part (2f).
