Abstract:
A seat unit and a seat. The seat unit comprises a base (1); a sitting portion transmission mechanism, which is arranged on the base (1) and connected to a sitting member (2) and a backrest member (3); a footrest transmission mechanism, which is arranged on the base (1) and connected to a footrest plate (4); and a driving assembly, which is movably arranged on the base (1), and can move between a first driving position and a second driving position relative to the base (1). When moving to the first driving position, the driving assembly is connected to the sitting portion transmission mechanism and can drive the sitting member (2) to ascend or descend relative to the base (1). When the base (1) ascends, the sitting portion transmission mechanism drives the backrest member (3) to rotate to a leaning-back position. When the base (1) descends, the sitting portion transmission mechanism drives the backrest member (3) to rotate to a leaning-up position. When moving to the second driving position, the driving assembly is connected to the footrest transmission mechanism and drives the footrest plate (4) to be rotatably unfolded or folded relative to the base (1). The sitting member (2), the backrest member (3) and the footrest plate (4) can be driven to move relative to the base (1) merely by means of one driving assembly to realize switching between a sitting state and a lying state.
