A seat with armrests provided with physical sign monitoring, which relates to the technical field of household furniture. The seat with armrests comprises armrests (1) at two sides, the seat with armrests is provided with a physical sign monitoring system, and the physical sign monitoring system comprises: metal acquisition interfaces (2), of which there are several pairs that are respectively symmetrically arranged on the handrails (1) at two sides for use in acquiring physical sign signals; a physical sign detection apparatus (3), which is connected to the metal acquisition interfaces (2) for use in detecting the physical sign signals and processing the signals; a main controller (4), which is connected to the physical sign detection apparatus (3) for use in performing analysis and calculations on the signals obtained after detection and signal processing, so as to obtain physical sign data; and a display apparatus (5), which is connected to the main controller (4) for use in displaying the physical sign data. The seat with armrests enables a user to understand the user's own physiological information and state of health without deliberate effort.
