Abstract:
The present invention provides a preparation method for a seaweed polyester master batch. According to the seaweed polyester master batch, the content of a seaweed extract is 0.1-5%. The preparation method comprises a step of preparing a seaweed modifier. In the step of preparing the seaweed modifier, the seaweed extract, negative ion powder, calcium stearate, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and an ethanol-water solution are mixed, and stirred at a speed of 2000-2500 rpm for 5-6 h to obtain the seaweed modifier, the volume ratio of ethanol in the ethanol-water solution being 6-8%. The preparation method further comprises the steps of preparing a loading agent, preparing master batch modified powder and preparing the seaweed polyester master batch. The dispersion degree and the uniformity degree of seaweed active ingredients in the prepared seaweed polyester master batch are remarkably improved, and no obvious agglomeration phenomenon occurs. A good inhibition effect is achieved. The seaweed polyester master batch has relatively strong negative ion and far-infrared effects.
