The present invention relates to a secondary battery charge/discharge system, and a temperature control method of the secondary battery charge/discharge system using same, whereby cooling efficiency for a battery cell received in a receiving unit may be increased in a charge/discharge process of the battery cell. The secondary battery charge/discharge system comprises: a receiving unit for receiving a battery cell; a charge/discharge unit electrically connected to first and second electrode leads of the battery cell received in the receiving unit; and a cooling unit for supplying cool air to the battery cell received in the receiving unit, the cooling unit comprising a blower fan, a heat-dissipation plate, and a Peltier device which is positioned between the blower fan and the heat-dissipation plate.
