Abstract:
The present invention provides a secondary battery 100 in which an electrode assembly and an electrolyte are housed in a packaging body. The electrode assembly includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator that is arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The secondary battery 100 is characterized in that: a recessed surface 11 that is recessed toward the inside is formed at one portion of a contour surface 10 of the secondary battery 100; and a curved surface 12 is formed at at least one portion of the recessed surface 11, the curvature angle of the curved surface 12 with respect to a curvature center C being 90°-180°. The curvature center C is a point that is equidistant from one end of the curved surface 12, the other end of the curved surface 12, and any point on the curved surface 12 between the one end and the other end.
