Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a secondary heat exchanger for a gas heating furnace, the secondary heat exchanger comprising a housing, an inner side water box, a plurality of heat exchange tubes, a water intake interface, a water output interface and a flue gas adjusting plate, wherein the housing is provided with a flue gas inlet and a flue gas outlet, which are both in communication with an inner cavity of the housing; outer side ends of some heat exchange tubes are in communication with the water intake interface, inner side ends thereof are in communication with the inner side water box, outer side ends of the other heat exchange tubes are in communication with the water output interface, and inner side ends thereof are in communication with the inner side water box; and the flue gas adjusting plate, which is provided with a plurality of through holes, separates the inner cavity of the housing, and the two parts of heat exchange tubes mentioned above are both positioned in the inner cavity of the housing and are in two different separation chambers, so as to form flow passages from the flue gas inlet to the flue gas outlet after sequentially passing through the two separation chambers. By means of the provision of the flue gas adjusting plate, the flue gas flows through more heat exchange tubes in a cavity of the secondary heat exchanger, such that the flow of flue gas in a heat exchange area is more uniform, thus the flue gas can flow smoothly and the heat exchange efficiency is improved.
