Title:
A SECTION-SHAPED BEAM FOR CARRYING OUT CONCRETE WORK
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2002/075068
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention relates to building construction, in particular to metallic section-shaped perforated beams used for concrete floor and bed. In the first variant, the section-shaped beam comprises two perforated sidewalls inclined with respect to each other and perforated bases departed away from each of said walls. The bases are provided with adjusting screws and connected by transversal buckles having holes which are disposed in such a way that it allows the adjusting screws to pass therethrough. A chase for arranging a plastic insert therein is embodied in the upper part of the intersection of the sidewalls. One of lateral faces of the plastic insert has a vertical flat surface, the other lateral face has a curved surface provided with two concavities which have equal dimensions and are symmetrically disposed on height with respect to the horizontal axis of the insert. In the second variant, the section-shaped beam comprises a guiding element (insert) arranged in a longitudinal chase or on a longitudinal boss embodied in the upper part of the beam. The upper working surface of the guiding element or the part thereof is embodied in such a way that it is convex curved in cross section and has a straight-line generator.
