Abstract:
When a security camera device (100), which is retrofitted inside an elevator car and captures images of the interior of the car, detects that an object has come into contact with the device, a password input screen (1300) is displayed on a display screen (102), the security camera device (100) is locked, input/output of data is restricted, and the data is erased so that the device cannot be reused when the device is stolen. Thus, the occurrence of theft of the security camera device (100) and so-called hit-and-run of luggage or the like with respect to the security camera device (100) are limited. Furthermore, even if the security camera device (100) is taken away, the misuse of the data in the security camera device (100) is prevented, and intellectual property rights, such as the advertisers' copyrights related to advertising data, and privacy, such as the occupants' portrait rights related to photographic data, are protected.
