Abstract:
When an evaluator operates an input unit (11) of a security countermeasure function evaluation device (10), an evaluation point calculation unit (15) evaluates whether each of the countermeasure information items indicating details of the security countermeasure function satisfies each of the items in the sufficient condition table information and calculates an evaluation point from the evaluation result of each item. A transition probability calculation unit (16) calculates the transition probability according to the evaluation point. Thus, even an unexperienced evaluator can evaluate each of the security countermeasure functions to be evaluated in details. That is, the effect of the security countermeasure function can be evaluated without depending on the skill level of the evaluator.
