This security evaluation system is provided with: a first graph generation unit that generates a first evaluation graph indicating a connection relationship between resources subjected to security evaluation; a second graph generation unit that generates a second evaluation graph indicating a personal relationship between areas to which the resources are allocated; and a display unit that displays the first evaluation graph and the second evaluation graph in association with each other.
