Abstract:
A seed sugarcane cutting apparatus, comprising: a device large plate (1), roller groups (15), a camera assembly unit (4), a cutter mechanism (5), sugarcane supporting plates (7), a servo motor mounting base (8), a servo motor (9), a first synchronous pulley (10) and a feed port guide plate (11); the feed port guide plate is arranged at one end of the device large plate, the cutter mechanism is arranged at the other end of the device large plate, a plurality of sugarcane supporting plates are arranged at intervals between the feed port guide plate and the cutter mechanism, a plurality of roller groups are arranged between the plurality of sugarcane supporting plates, and the camera assembly unit is arranged at one side of the sugarcane; and an infrared sensor is arranged at one side of the cutter mechanism for detecting the position reached by one end of the sugarcane. The present invention also relates to a seed sugarcane cutting method. The apparatus and method identify the whole sugarcane on the basis of a visual identification technology, analyze the positions of various stalk nodes sand pests, calculate the rotation amount of the motor in advance, and achieve precise cutting of the whole sugarcane by means of a pen-shaped cylinder mechanism and the cutter mechanism.
