Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of segmental beam prefabrication methods, and particularly relates to a segmental beam prefabrication method. The method is performed according to the following steps: S1, casting a segmental beam at a prefabrication station, building male spline teeth on a male-spline-tooth side of the segmental beam, and building a planar surface on a female-spline-tooth side of the segmental beam; S2, after the prefabrication of the segmental beam is completed, transferring the segmental beam to a steam-curing station to perform curing; S3, arranging a carving robot at the end of the steam-curing station that corresponds to female spline teeth of the segmental beam; and S4, milling the planar surface at one end of the female spline teeth of the segmental beam by using the carving robot, so as to build the female spline teeth, thus completing the prefabrication of the segmental beam. The segmental beam prefabrication method of the present invention is simple, has extremely high machining efficiency for female spline teeth, has an extremely wide range of applications, can be applied to the prefabrication operation of various segmental beams having different specifications, and has great generalization value.
