Abstract:
A self-circulating sheet material shaping machine, comprising a machine body (1), a transporting part (2) and a locating part (3) being provided at the middle of the machine body (1), a spraying part (4) being provided at the top of the machine body (1), and a water outlet part (5) being provided at the bottom of the machine body (1); the transporting part (2) is used for transporting a sheet material to be shaped to a position below the spraying part (4), the spraying part (4) spraying cooling water to the sheet material to be shaped, and then the cooling water flowing to the water outlet part (5); the water outlet part (5) is sequentially connected, by means of a water outlet pipe (6), to a filtering device (7), a first water pump (8), a first check valve (9), and a cooling water tank (10), the spraying part (4) being connected to the cooling water tank (10) by means of a water inlet pipe (11); the water inlet pipe (11) is provided at the top of the cooling water tank (10), and the top of the cooling water tank (10) is further connected to a liquid nitrogen tank (12); the water outlet pipe (6) is provided at the bottom of the cooling water tank (10), and the bottom of the cooling water tank (10) is further provided with a water discharge port (13). The sheet material shaping machine uses an accurate locating assembly line to transfer the sheet material to a position below the spray head for spray cooling, reducing the labor intensity of the operating workers, and improving the working efficiency.
