Abstract:
A self-cleaning drilling device for chain machining, the device comprising a housing (1), wherein an inner wall of the middle of the housing is connected to a chuck (2) in a threaded manner; an inner wall of the middle of the chuck is movably connected to a bearing (3); and an inner wall of the middle of the bearing is fixedly connected to a drill rod (4). According to the self-cleaning drilling device for chain machining, the drill rod is driven by means of a power shaft (17) to move to drill a hole in a workpiece, and a hole wall of the machined workpiece is then deburred and cleaned by means of the cooperative use of a mini suction pump (5) and a scrap suction pipe (6) and the cooperative use of a suction cavity (10) and a suction through hole (13). When the drill rod rotates at a high speed and drills the workpiece, a certain amount of scrap is generated and is thrown outward along with the movement of an inner wall of a spiral groove (9), and since the suction through hole is in communication with the suction cavity, iron scraps attached to the inner wall of the spiral groove are temporarily adsorbed at this moment so as to clean the burrs generated on the hole wall, and are sucked into the suction cavity via the suction through hole so as to clean the hole wall of the workpiece.
