Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a self-cleaning nozzle structure, comprising a body. A liquid outlet hole and an air outlet channel are provided in the body, the axis of the air outlet channel intersects with the axis of the liquid outlet hole, and the liquid outlet hole is communicated with the interior or the outer end of the air outlet channel. The body is provided with a cylinder portion, an accommodating cavity is formed in the cylinder portion, a piston head and an elastic member are provided in the accommodating cavity, and an air cavity is formed between one side of the piston head and the accommodating cavity. A connecting air channel is provided in the body, the connecting air channel is communicated between the air cavity and the input end of the air outlet channel, and a sealing cover is provided on the cylinder portion. The sealing cover covers an opening of the accommodating cavity, and two ends of the elastic member respectively abut against the position between the piston head and the sealing cover and promote the piston head to reset. A plug pin capable of being inserted into and pulled out of the liquid outlet hole integrally extends out of the piston head, the liquid outlet hole can be cleaned when the plug pin is inserted into and pulled out of the liquid outlet hole, the liquid outlet hole is protected from being plugged, only the plug pin structure is added, the structure is simple, and the production cost is reduced.
