Abstract:
A self-energy type thermal response monitoring apparatus, comprising a peripheral constraint assembly (3), a frequency conversion beam (4) provided in the peripheral constraint assembly (3), a piezoelectric patch (2) covering the frequency conversion beam (4) and an electrical signal collector (7) electrically connected to the piezoelectric patch (2). A rigid constraint is used to limit the deformation of the frequency conversion beam (4), and a low-frequency thermal load is converted into a high-frequency post-buckling impact to trigger a piezoelectric material to generate an electrical signal. A means of triggering an electrical signal by specific displacement is used. Characteristics of the frequency conversion beam (4) and the piezoelectric material are combined and utilized, to achieve energy conversion from environmental heat energy to mechanical energy to electric energy, and therefore, the device may achieve electric energy self-supply and may also simultaneously supply electric energy to other external devices.
