Abstract:
A self-generated type steam protection and fire extinguishing technique, comprising: after it is discovered by means of a remote monitoring system that the interior of a reaction cavity (2) is on fire, the operation of an anti-explosion electromagnetic valve (4) is controlled by means of the remote operation of an upper computer system (7) and a PLC control system (8); a water source is sprayed onto a separation plate (9) in the reaction cavity in the form of water mist by means of an atomizing nozzle (10) in the reaction cavity; since a high-temperature oil gas is in the reaction cavity, the water mist is instantly evaporated into steam, and the steam can reduce the temperature of a combustible gas in the whole reaction cavity, and simultaneously can dilute the concentration of the combustible gas and that of oxygen; the amount of sprayed water can be controlled by measuring the content of oxygen and the temperature in the reaction cavity; moreover, the upper computer system and the PLC system can perform interlocking control on the amount of sprayed water according to the content of oxygen and give out alarm information. The whole set of control system supplies power for an uninterruptible power supply (12, 13), thereby being capable of meeting continuous use under a site emergency condition, and effectively extinguishing fire caused by the ignition of a high-temperature fuel gas in the process of indirectly heating industrial and dangerous waste.
