Abstract:
Disclosed are a self-heat dissipating flexible cable for a communication power supply and a manufacturing method therefor. The self-heat dissipating flexible cable for a communication power supply comprises: a heat dissipation assembly and a protective layer, the protective layer wrapping around the outer surface of the heat dissipation assembly; a plurality of insulating single wires, the plurality of insulating single wires being uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the protective layer; an isolation layer, the isolation layer wrapping around the periphery of the plurality of insulating single wires so as to fix the plurality of insulating single wires, the protective layer and the heat dissipation assembly into a whole; an inner lining layer, the inner lining layer wrapping around the outer surface of the isolation layer; and a sheath layer, the sheath layer wrapping around the outer surface of the inner lining layer. When in use, heat generated by the insulating single wires can be transmitted to the heat dissipation assembly, and the heat dissipation assembly can promptly dissipate heat within the flexible cable, reducing the internal temperature of the flexible cable, and extending the service life of the flexible cable.
