Abstract:
A self-lubricating steel wire braiding machine capable of reducing friction heat. A braiding structure of the steel wire braiding machine is installed on a workbench, a driving protective cover is fixed to the middle of an upper surface of the workbench, and an upper end of the driving protective cover is provided with a braiding rod in a penetrating manner; and a pay-off cylinder is rotationally installed on the upper surface of the workbench at an equal angle, and an upper surface of the pay-off cylinder is fixedly connected to a limiting block having the effect of limiting a steel wire output path. The braiding machine comprises: a fixed support, which is fixedly installed in a left end position of one side of the workbench; a lubricating-oil tank, which is fixedly installed in the upper end of the fixed support in an embedded manner; and a driving electric motor, which is fixedly installed in the middle of the interior of the driving protective cover. On the basis of a specific structural design, the braiding machine can spray lubricating oil to a steel wire braiding position, thereby reducing the friction heat, and an oil recycling treatment structure is provided, thereby improving the application effect of the device.
