Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a self-priming pump structure having large suction stroke, comprising a pump body. An impeller cavity internally provided with an impeller is provided in the pump body; a water outlet channel and a water return channel which are communicated with the impeller cavity are provided in the pump body; a partition plate is provided between the water outlet channel and the water return channel; an outlet communicated with the impeller cavity is provided at the lower end of the partition plate; the outlet is communicated with the lower end of the water outlet channel and the lower end of the water return channel at the same time; a water return cavity is provided at the upper end of the water outlet channel and the upper end of the water return channel in a communication manner; an inlet corresponding to the outlet is provided in the impeller cavity; the lower end of a blocking plate is located on the tangent line of a wall surface of the impeller cavity where the inlet is located; an anti-overflow structure is provided in the water return cavity; the anti-overflow structure comprises a flow guide plate abutting against the blocking plate; a water blocking plate is provided at the upper end of the flow guide plate; flow limiting plates abutting against the partition plate are provided on two sides of the flow guide plate, respectively; and a water passing groove is provided between the flow limiting plates and the water blocking plate. The present invention has the advantage of reducing the amount of water overflowing along with a gas during gas-liquid separation, thereby increasing the suction stroke of a self-priming pump.
