Abstract:
A self-priming starting device applied to a centrifugal pump, mounted on a water inlet pipe (20) of the centrifugal pump, and comprising an outer housing (6), an inner housing (4), a primary partition plate (29), a secondary partition plate (12), an opening and closing disc (39) and a tertiary partition plate (24) which are sequentially provided in the outer housing (6) from top to bottom, and an elastic steel plate (19) provided in the water inlet pipe (20). A roller (8) is provided in the inner housing (4), and air inlet pipes (1) and air discharging pipes (5) are provided on the inner housing (4); roller inner cavities (31) are formed in the roller (8), and a three-blade support (33) is provided in the roller (8) and can drive the roller (8) to rotate; a vertical rod (41) is provided on the opening and closing disc (39); an air-liquid cutter (9) is provided between the primary partition plate (29) and the secondary partition plate (12); through holes are correspondingly formed in the primary partition plate (29), the secondary partition plate (12), the opening and closing disc (39), and the tertiary partition plate (24); the bottom end of the vertical rod (41) penetrates through the tertiary partition plate (24) and the elastic steel plate (19), and a limiting boss (21) is provided at the bottom end of the vertical rod (41).
