Abstract:
An endoscope device (1) comprises: an insertion part (101); a rotating box body (104) disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the insertion part (101) so as to be rotatable about the longitudinal axis thereof; a motor (112) that causes the rotating box body (104) to rotate; a drive circuit (203) that drives the motor (112); and a regeneration protection circuit (204) that executes a protection operation for protecting the drive circuit (203) from regenerative voltage generated by regeneration caused by the motor (112).
