A self-standing bag (1) having a closure part (3) on a bag body (2), characterized in that both end edges (2a, 2a) and the upper end edges (2b) of the bag body (2) are connected to each other by end edge connection parts (4) of thermoplastic resin covering the outer surfaces of the end edges, and the closure part (3) is formed integrally with the end edge connection parts (4).
