Abstract:
Disclosed is a self-tapping bone pin, comprising a pin body portion and a pin tip portion, wherein the pin tip portion is provided with a first pin tip section structure and a second pin tip section structure; the first pin tip section structure comprises a main cutting flat face which extends from the tip of the pin tip portion in the axis direction of the bone pin; the second pin tip section structure comprises an auxiliary cutting face which extends from the tip of the pin tip portion and intersects with the main cutting flat face to form an acute angle; the main cutting flat face intersects with the auxiliary cutting face to form a cutting edge for cutting a bone; and the pin body portion is provided with a pin body section which extends from the end of the main cutting flat face and forms an included angle greater than 90 degrees with the main cutting flat face. The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the disadvantage of the low operation efficiency of existing bone pins, and to provide a self-tapping bone pin capable of reducing the steps of surgery.
