Abstract:

Provided are a semaglutide derivative and a preparation method therefor. Specifically, provided is a fusion protein comprising a green fluorescent protein folding unit and a semaglutide precursor or an active fragment thereof. The expression level of the fusion protein is significantly improved. Moreover, the green fluorescent protein folding unit in the fusion protein can be digested into small fragments by a protease; and compared with a target protein, a molecular weight difference is large, and the fusion protein is easily separated. Further provided are a method for preparing semaglutide by using the fusion protein and a method for preparing an intermediate.
