The present invention relates to a semantic analysis system for a spatial behavior, which analyzes multimodal sensing information including user behavior image information and environmental sound information in a service space so as to provide a service customized for public emotion information, the system comprising: an activity evaluation unit for receiving one of user group behavior image information in a service space and environmental sound information in the service space so as to evaluate the activity of a user group in the service space; a preference evaluation unit for receiving one of the user group behavior image information and the environmental sound information so as to evaluate the user group's preference for a service provided in the service space; and a spatial behavior semantic analysis unit for receiving, from the activity evaluation unit and the preference evaluation unit, the result values of evaluating the activity and preference of the user group so as to output the result value of spatial behavior semantic analysis, which is used to analyze the satisfaction of the service currently being provided to the user group.
