Abstract:
A semen collection sheet (1, 1A, 1B, 1C) has a front surface (target area RA) to which semen attaches, and a back surface having a fixing means (fixing part 12). When the semen collection sheet is developed, a reservoir part (RB) for collecting semen attaching to the front surface is formed. The user spreads the semen collection sheet at a clinic, home, or the like and fixes the semen collection sheet onto a mounting surface W (wall surface or the like) such that the reservoir part is positioned at vertically lower position. The user ejaculates at the target area. The attaching semen travels down the front surface by gravity and is collected in the reservoir part.
