The present invention relates to the field of medical robots, and relates to a semi-open magnetic control apparatus for a micro robot. The apparatus comprises a fixed support, a translation working platform and a magnetic field generation apparatus. The magnetic field generation apparatus is located below the translation working platform, and the magnetic field generation apparatus is controlled to be capable of generating different magnetic field modes which comprise specially customized magnetic field modes such as a uniform magnetic field, a rotating magnetic field, and an oscillating magnetic field. A set of opposite sides of the translation working platform is supported by the fixed support, an experimental/surgical object is placed on the translation working platform, and a micro robot is provided in the experimental/surgical object. The translation working platform can move in a plane, so that the effective expansion of a working space is achieved. The translation working platform is controlled to translate on the fixed support, so that the position of the translation working platform in a magnetic field can be changed, and thus transformation and movement of various micro robots are controlled according to the characteristics and movement requirements of different micro robots.
