Abstract:
The semiconductor circuit according to the present disclosure is provided with: a volatile first storage unit; a volatile second storage unit that stores, on the basis of a first control signal, data that has been stored in the first storage unit; a nonvolatile third storage unit, which stores, on the basis of a second control signal, data corresponding to the data that has been stored in the second storage unit, and which causes, on the basis of a third control signal, the first storage unit to store the data that has been stored in the third storage unit; and a control unit, which generates the first control signal and the third control signal, compares the data stored in the first storage unit, and the data stored in the second storage unit with each other, and generates the second control signal on the basis of comparison results.
