Abstract:
The semiconductor circuit of the present disclosure is provided with: a first inductance portion connected to the source electrode of a first semiconductor element in series; and a second inductance portion connected to the source electrode of a second semiconductor element in series, said second semiconductor element being connected in parallel with the first semiconductor element. The first inductance portion and the second inductance portion are disposed such that: an electromotive force is induced in the first inductance portion and the second inductance portion by a magnetic interaction; and currents flowing through the first inductance portion and the second inductance portion strengthen each other in the same direction.
