Abstract:
A semiconductor device (100) comprises: a first external connection terminal (SW1) that is exposed to the outside at an edge part of a bottom surface (Pg1) of a package (Pg) and that is connected to a first terminal of a first switching element (1); a second external connection terminal (SW2) that is exposed to the outside further inward of the edge part of the bottom surface and that is connected to a second terminal of the first switching element (1); a third external connection terminal (SW3) that is exposed to the outside at an edge part of the bottom surface, that is connected to a first terminal of a second switching element (2), and that is insulated from the second external connection terminal (SW2); and a fourth external connection terminal (SW4) that is exposed to the outside at an edge part of the bottom surface and that is connected to a second terminal of the second switching element (2).
