Title:
SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND IC CARD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2006/117834
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A semiconductor device is provided with a demodulating circuit (1) for demodulating an amplitude-modulated voltage signal. The demodulating circuit is provided with a detecting circuit (10) which detects the amplitude-modulated voltage signal with a prescribed sensitivity and has the detection sensitivity variable. Since the detection sensitivity to the amplitude-modulated voltage signal is variable, the detection sensitivity is increased when a wireless communication distance is increased and a signal level is reduced, and on the contrary, the detection sensitivity is reduced when the wireless communication distance is reduced and the signal level is increased. The reliability of the communication using the amplitude modulation is easily improved.
