Abstract:
This semiconductor device comprises: a multi-gate transistor in which a plurality of field effect transistors each having a pair of main electrodes and gate electrode arranged between the pair of main electrodes are electrically connected in series so as to share the main electrodes; a first terminal that is electrically connected to the main electrode of one of the field effect transistors at one end of the series connection in the multi-gate transistor and through which signals are input or output; and a second terminal that is electrically connected to the main electrode of another field effect transistor at the other end of the series connection in the multi-gate transistor and to which a fixed potential is supplied. The gate electrode of at least one field effect transistor in the multi-gate transistor is electrically connected to the main electrodes of said other field effect electrode.
