Abstract:
A semiconductor device (100) comprises: a semiconductor element (1) that has a first electrode (11) and a second electrode (12); a first electric conductor (7) that is electrically connected to the first electrode (11) across a junction part; a second electric conductor (9) layered in a first direction (A) so as to sandwich the first electric conductor (7) and an insulator (8); a first terminal (3) that is positioned on the second electric conductor (9) and electrically connected to the second electric conductor (9); a second terminal (4) that is positioned on the second electric conductor (9); and a plurality of wiring members (5) that electrically connect the second electrode (12) and the second terminal (4).
