Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a semiconductor device. The semiconductor device comprises a seal, a first transistor, and a second transistor, wherein the first transistor comprises a control electrode, a first terminal, and a second terminal; the first transistor is configured to enable, under the control of the potential of the control electrode thereof, current to flow from the first terminal to the second terminal; a first electrode of the second transistor is electrically connected to the control electrode of the first transistor, and a second electrode of the second transistor is electrically connected to the second terminal of the first transistor; the first transistor and the second transistor are sealed by a same seal, the control electrode of the first transistor is electrically connected to a first control electrode pin, and a control electrode of the second transistor is electrically connected to a second control electrode pin. The present disclosure can ensure a good clamping effect and simplify wiring.
