Abstract:
This device comprises a first semiconductor element, a second semiconductor element, a first conductive member, and a second conductive member. The first semiconductor element has a first drain electrode and a first source electrode that are positioned on one side in a first direction. The second semiconductor element has a second drain electrode and a second source electrode that are positioned on the one side in the first direction, the second semiconductor element being positioned adjacent to the first semiconductor element in a second direction that is orthogonal to the first direction. The first conductive member is joined to the first drain electrode and the second drain electrode in an electrically conductive manner. The second conductive member is joined to the first source electrode and the second source electrode in an electrically conductive manner. As seen in the first direction, each of the first conductive member and the second conductive member intersects a gap between the first semiconductor element and the second semiconductor element.
