Abstract:
A semiconductor light-emitting element 10 provided with a light extraction layer having a light extraction surface 22b. The semiconductor light-emitting element 10 is provided with a plurality of cone-shaped parts 52 formed in an array shape on the light extraction surface 22b. The proportion of area occupied by the plurality of cone-shaped parts 52 per unit area of the light extraction surface 22b in a plan view of the light extraction surface 22b is 65-95% inclusive, and the aspect ratio h/p that is the ratio of the height h of the cone-shaped parts 52 relative to the distance p between the adjacent cone-shaped parts 52 is 0.3-1.0 inclusive.
