Abstract:
Provided by the present invention is a semiconductor light-emitting module, comprising: a semiconductor laminate and an electrode located above the semiconductor laminate; the electrode comprises: a first conductive electrode and a second conductive electrode that has a different conduction type from that of the first conductive electrode, wherein a certain gap is present between the first conductive electrode and the second conductive electrode, and the volume of the space of the described electrode gap is defined as V1; the electrode is characterized in that a suction nozzle suction layer is provided between the first conductive electrode and the second conductive electrode, and the volume of the space of the suction nozzle suction layer V2 occupies a proportion of the volume of the space of the electrode gap V1: the ratio of V2/V1 being between 50%-100%.
