Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a semiconductor storage device and a product-sum operation device which are capable of applying a sufficient voltage to a ferroelectric capacitor and which are suited to high integration. [Solution] This semiconductor storage device is provided with: a transistor; and a ferroelectric capacitor which is formed by sandwiching a ferroelectric member between a pair of electrically conductive members and in which one of the electrically conductive members is electrically connected to a gate electrode of the transistor, wherein a channel of the transistor is three-dimensionally formed involving multiple surfaces.
