Abstract:

A semiconductor storage device has a first cell array that includes a plurality of memory cells each connected to a first word line and also connected to a respective first pair of bit lines. The semiconductor storage device has a second cell array that includes a plurality of memory cells each connected to a second word line and also connected to a respective second pair of bit lines. Further, the semiconductor storage device has a redundant cell array that includes a plurality of memory cells each connected to a word line, which is different from the first and second word lines, and also connected to one of the respective first pair of bit lines and to one of the respective second pair of bit lines.
